WORKSHOP WITH ELENA MIRONOV
Heart Chakra: Opening to Giving and Receiving
This session is a part of 7-workshop series. Each workshop introduces you to 1 of 7 major energy centres of the body as well as the way you can use this knowledge to balance your life and your yoga practice.
This time we will focus on the heart chakra that is connected to our ability to give and receive love in all our relationships. The heart chakra practice is an invitation to reach deeper inside ourselves and be reminded about our true nature which is loving and compassionate. On a physical level, you can look forward to energizing asana and pranayama practices that are centered around the chest area, opening the shoulders and the heart region as well as the deepest emotions in a healthy and supported way.
This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners and includes a talk, asana and pranayama practice.
